CHIKI is our take on Hainan chicken rice — familiar, comforting, and made with an attention to the details that matter.

We start with exceptional, locally raised chicken, gently poached until tender and served over fragrant rice cooked in rich chicken broth. Fresh herbs, crisp cucumber, ginger-scallion and chili bring everything together.

There isn’t much to hide behind with food this simple. Better ingredients, careful preparation, and getting the little things right make all the difference.
